Well, happen to be non-plus about the land sale. What we have is a re-valuation of Niobrara that opens a lot of doors. Security for one thing for a non-recourse loan facility - SSN could go it alone that's the long shot of it.
In other words with bidders in the que and land security behind us we can only go forwards (Gene, Gary, Rodney & Earl are only sweetners).
