So instead of making a legal or rational argument you resort to making the argument that anyone who sues anyone has no legitimate grievance but is instead want to leverage of there success?
If your work was to delegitimises you self then yes in fact your work here is done.
I would be very interested in other shareholders opinions on this lawsuit.
