After dilution i think our comparative value to the lead up to the 2020 decision was about $4, so I am not banking on $5.
I also assume there will be a psychological factor - that people were burned last time - which might temper the pre-decision price a bit more.
Still, afterward... it is a landmark decision not just from AGvH, but for our other bag of more valuable tricks so who knows after approval. And as others have said if there aren't one or more pre-agreed partnerships waiting on approval as a condition precedent I'll eat my hat.
