I know no more than you do but I do have some experience of dealing with government wallahs at all levels with new technology/project situations. None of the wallahs want to be responsible for any decision that might be different & in their imagination create a precedent. Better to sit on one's big A and do nothing for as long as possible. In this case it looks like Lucas Heights. So have you any idea of the approvals process to go through for a new building construction there for example? or fitting into some other existing space? I don't either but if a public servant can turn it from a mole hill to a mountain, these days they will do so. I'm sure EGR have the tenacity to win out in the long run but I won't be underestimating the silliness they may have to deal with.

Not sure I know what public servant gallahs making mountains out of molehills has to do with why the company has not disclosed the proposed location for our PQ facility.... so I shall leave it at that... not worth investigating (via HC, ie)!
