"may" use. haven't they tested it to see what it "can" be used for? i'm not getting why they are fabricating something without telling us what it can actually detect. none of the wording in this extract points to what the biochip CAN do. it's all "would allow" "would act as". is it even operational at this stage or only after testing the first batch of fabricated biochips? if it was operational i would have expected an announcement like "biochip prototype demonstrates [99%] positive detection rate for [specific virus/bacterias]" which i haven't seen
