I once spoke with Carlos and we shared a former employer. he knew my office managing partner and so would have been well connected in the corporate world. wouldn't surprise me.

re offices - the old ones were modest and right near my best mates house so often used to drive past them. I presume the decline in office rents/increased post Covid vacancies has resulted in a better deal for a new lease in Milton. one would assume ordinarily it'd be far more expensive - so it's either a good deal or Peter is looking to have more contractors/people working on the team shortly. both of which would speed up delivery of progress.

either way I'm excited for 2023/4
