The Abyssinian issue that Money of Mine has been covering, while very different from here, highlights the issues with a company that is Public but not listed on the ASX.
FFX WILL BE DELISTED on or around the 27th June 2024. Becoming a public unlisted company.
The escrow distribution process may take time. I doubt actioned before delisting.
Who wants the current NED's overseeing that if we are actually delisted??? The ASX reporting standards / rules will no longer exist for reporting.
If you think communication is bad now wait until July 2024 onwards!!!
That will be a disaster.
You cannot trust the Current Non Executive Directors to do anything in shareholders best interest given their past performance.
