A possibility be this would be a huge disappointment if it were to eventuate as you describe.
Jon and the NEU Board have been very astute at negotiating very good deals, so I hope their eyes and minds are also open to putting in place hurdles which means NEU is able to reach its true potential before a take-over or merger takes place.
Given yesterday's announcements I would not be happy for this to occur unless NEU's share price is far north of $50 during the next 9 months, and much higher if beyond 12 months. Anything less would be a huge disappointment.
