Does it realy mater where the NdPr is used? It is a common pool with multiple sources and outlets. Now Lynas product may be destined for just a couple of outlets but it does go through the pool. Even if a outlet that Lynas does not supply suddenly increases or decreases its intake Lynas is effected by the change in level.
It is a global market manufactures can quickly move to a product from a lower priced source. Even if some are committed to suppliers by contract no one will sign a contract that does not have compensation for price changes or currency changes built in. If they did, they could find themselves unable to sell product because their price was too high.
