    biotechs with a habit of not hitting their own goals will always have trouble raising.

    I have participated in 2 other biotech raisings the past 3 months and money was easy.

    Actually 3 if I count OSL early this year .

    In fact over the past several years of biotech CR's , ANP has been the only failure.

    Either I have got incredibly lucky with so many successful biotech raises OR its a poor reflection on ANP..

    I believe its the latter
