this wont do jack to the sp now ... grades and only high grades from here on in will take us back to where we were... dont hate me for saying it but thats pretty much the truth... i dont like saying it but i have said it...
Some better communication on top of that would help as well..
Its going to be a long haul back to previous highs... just locked the bottom draw and put the key in the storage shed!!
