EU and Japan $150K (based on estimates that US pricing is on average 2.4x higher than these regions.
EU and Japan everything under $100K at 15% and over >$100K at 20% tiered royalties
To produce revenue estimate for NEU excluding Fragile X or NNZ2591
Assuming slower growth in EU and Japan (conservative keeping to lower end number of patients provided by Neuren)
Slowing of growth as some stop use and new patients pick up use.
