DSE - Competitive advantage?

Anyone got a view on the competitive advantage(s) that DSE commands?

Despite operating in what appears to be a heavily saturated market for cloud backup services, it appears to me that DSE might have the following competitive advantages:

1. Scale economies - arising from its partner centric business model, DSE is able to add users and scale without incurring substantial costs to do so.

2. Switching costs - not as convinced with this as MSPs could theoretically swap out DSE for a better cloud backup option, though I do question how easy it would be for an existing end user to migrate across to a new cloud backup service provider.

3. Branding - DSE seems to be gaining reputation and recognition for its products, but this would be a weak advantage at this stage.

All views welcome - explain to me why DSE will not be able to achieve its growth objectives.
