The CIBUS merger with CALYXT ( 5:1 split ) looks very interesting indeed.
There certainly is potential for BGT to also be merged in. Cibus have a complementary technology and I can imagine there would even potential for using the Cibus/Calyxt technology stack to improve the yields of BGT compounds.
If the eventuality did happen I wouldn't say no to a merger and taking CIBUS shares in the event the offer was decent.
Hopefully in the next few weeks holders will have a better idea of where the ship is being steered with a new CEO at the helm.
