Yup, pretty sure it's only Borba/Dempsey in cahoots with SGC.

I've got just one 'lil problem with the ann...
It doesn't state 'sale' - they're calling it a 'divestment'
So they mightn't make a single cent out of it, though I guess they'd save on maintenance/admin costs.

It could even mean their licence/permit has expired, or they lost the asset because of no activity.

Either way, it's more likely to be something positive rather than negative imo.
