"Mount Gibson was granted exploration licence EL 04/1407 on the mainland directly south of Koolan Island. The Koolan South tenement covers 230 square kilometres, and is considered prospective for iron ore and base metals. No substantial exploration has been undertaken in the area for more than 15 years.A helicopter-supported field work program is scheduled to commence in the current quarter."
