Thx all for the feedback. Glad it is not just me who is unsure! I have raised the issue with ASM through their website email and pointed them specifically at this thread. Let's see if they choose to make things a bit clearer. I feel they should be able to do that without compromising any 'in confidence' discussions that might be taking place.
