Don’t bother, you’re wasting everybody’s time.
It ain’t happening from you. Only way anything close would happen is IF the two new directors get onto the board, AND they can access info suggesting Directors insurance policy might be sued for management’s previous actions.
No law firm is going to move on your suggestion, they don’t have any info suggesting they could win, and little prospect of obtaining it.
