    I think I remember reading somewhere that the raising would be done in 2 components:

    1 Institutional placement firstly which should happen soon
    2 Then a Rights issue to existing share holders at similar terms to the placement.

    Dont quote me on this, But I am sure it was in one of the previous annoucements.
