JV's are very complex and shareholders would need to be kept informed at every step of the way. It could take years to agree on a JV terms and conditions. We'd have to cross that bridge when and if we get there. I personally think that now CE has a high quality PEA and a low asset dilution royalty holder on board that tells me HCH are going to have a crack at doing this themselves and all the parties in the Data room have been told to start buying on Market to increase their share percentage in preparation for eventually a TO offer when we are closer to Osisko's valuation. That's what I think will happen.
