If anyone knows the lead manager (maybe Canaccord Genuity? as they were lead manager lat year in a CR) maybe you can post details of the term sheet. I believe this CR will be initially to Institutional/Soph investors, but will be interested to see if there will be a SPP or some other form of retail component.
