    Agree with you that there are many permutations! Nevertheless Buy-Back right should be exercised by Lumos, then the Note holders can convert up to one-third of the remaining! And here is where I do not understand whether the Face value still holds at a pre-determined ? Value (1c?) or the Cap/Floor conditions of the Notes agreement will determine the prevailing conversion price! Hopefully it is the latter!
