the rules for reporting of revenues must differ materially on the ASX from those of the SEC requirements as we never had to specifically denote the parties in our shipping contracts. only if there were material long term commitment contracts such as with the government, subsidy, military or major foreign concern. i dont see why a shipment on the open market would require the specifics as that is in the ordinary course of business and not requiring public knowledge. if the ASX requires detailed sales reporting they must be snowed under from the mountains of paperwork that would cause. jmho
