some of the accumulation, as other staff have,taken shares instead of wages. the rate of wage etc seems quiet fair to me opposed to those not so nice with the likes of OAR, if folks wish to make a comparsion, and OAR, MEU agasinst other comparable companies exec and other staff payment and value for stager of exploration minos
