Agree. This is a Win-Win for both parties. First and foremost, as you mention ASN fills its existing Donut’s hole. No more potentially bothersome neighbor’s demanding to share riches. Pan American Energy gets 15 million ASN shares plus a quick million $ to further drill in 2023 its Horizon project which is South of American Battery Technology’s project with its 15million plus Inferred finding. Watch this space…. Now we need to link our two projects by JVing with American Potash whereby they keep the Potash and we handle the Li. This is not far fetched. AP had such a deal that could not be closed due to funding reasons. More importantly, the failed deal’s terms are now public information. ASN currently knows what AP will accept.
