The company went from planned 2 x 30,000 t shipments to 180,000 and possibly more.
Obviously DSO shipping is not going to be as lucrative for Mali.
The original 2 shipments were sold as possible revenue opportunity and more importantly test transport.
Given we are now fully funded it would be understandable if Mali wants to limit what is in essence profit shifting to only test the transport.
Export permits for DSO would have been required, and would be when the company made official volumes they wanted to ship IMO.
Australia is addicted to not adding value to its resources, maybe Mali is being a little smarter.
Leo carry’s a hefty discount to peers for a reason.
There are going to issues along the way, plus we had a stellar run of late.
