On the issue of takeover it’s a case of let time be the arbiter. It may happen, it may not. There will always be strong discourse from both sides. I guess that’s the reason we couldn’t be bothered replying as nauseum.
I can’t see it happening with three blocking walls (SQM, Delphi and Creasy).
