we must remember that perhaps we are now more inclined to have to provide capital/funds to IM3NY to get things progressing towards revenue self sufficiency. Which also ties us to IM3NY debts as well. Of IM3NY can not get any additional funding/capital then are we forced to get it considering our 70% holding. We get the upside on positive outcomes but we must be aware of the added risks also with such a large holding

thought I’d put this up and see if anyone else has any valid ideas or opinions on this. Thanks

the added skin in the game by Frank and hoshi is a good sign but I’d like Magnis to be fully informed on every level and passing this on to news for shareholders

They should try and buy the whole lot. Wonder if that's been considered. It could open up a whole lot of options to control everything.
