Now this is an important question!

In order to understand whether this is good/bad/indifferent - people need to understand what is the context of general CMO appointment. Is this a long thing, or something that is done for a short period. I don't know, but I suspect the latter.

One thing I do know, just briefly looking at the history of three of the CMO's Rita Laufle, Stephen Cha and Giovanni. All three have had several roles for about 1-2 years one of the CMOs roles. It seems pretty typical.
Anyway more investigation required before jumping to conclusions.

I ask this...does anybody here now what the average tenure is of a CMO, or of such roles int eh medical profession? (I didn't think so).

It is always best to assume you don't actually know and try to find out stuff and then make the big board assumptions.
