An offtake is going to be a very welcome announcement and a relief that its now and not another two or more months away.

The offtake news itself is not underwhelming, what "might be" (not suggesting that it will be, just a possibility) underwhelming is the SIZE of the offtake news.

If it is not going to cover a significant proportion of the stage 1 production as hinted in one of the earlier comms, that WILL BE underwhelming.
