already had a little discussion about it.
Basically, WB said he is no longer interested in doing the regional consoliation in/around AME, so... they just sold up (at a loss).

I do agree they should never have made the move, but... if I can be a little positive, best not to sit on a loss. The exit means, more cash available to invest in other parts of their business, instead of a slow grind and providing ever more cash to AME to slowly drill up its targets.
