A small increase for the boys in these hard time,

I think they have to work a tad longer to improve the shareprice ,could this be for tea money??

5. Non-Executive Directors' Remuneration

To consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution:

"That the maximum aggregate annual remuneration of non-executive
Directors be increased by 140,000 to $500,000."
