I have no crystal ball but I imagine each of the non-binding agreements are progressing through processes relating to quality of the graphite for their uses and any financial commitment. While no guarantee I also imagine have some heavy hitters signed up creates some useful competition to maximise the potential to guarantee supply for each of them. FOMO might be an issue especially if one of them moves quickly with a significant commitment.
Just my intial thoughts so it looks totally positive to me at this stage.
