    roughly 130 million shares fully diluted on patriot
    in Canada trading under pmet at $14.50 cad
    Then dual listed in Australia with a x10 share ratio
    with shares / warrants able to spill over to the asx
    Is that then 1.3 billion shares inclusive if listed only on the asx.
