I think you will have to wait for the quarterly for any meaningful update.
I expect Myall Creek JV will be extended in due course.
SER have a significant tax loss built up over the years - this is an asset should SER ever get lucky and make a decent find. The tax loss may also be attractive for any take over.
I think that if SER dropped the Energy from their name then the $m's of loss re o7G exploration may no longer apply - thus no change of name to reflect present activities
