It is very confusing.... seeing as the previous study in Phase I showed.
How can the same drug with same method of delivery change the concentration levels?
I have also emailed and asked for clarity.
Perhaps what you are seeing is the "left over 327" not consumed but the method of action.
Still hypothetical but seems safe. Perhaps higher dose rates or more doses will yield the desired level.
