Great that there seems to be confidence by the MNS "insiders" that a deal will be struck given these recent activities, but this not a guarantee of a successful deal outcome.

This is the equivalent of pushing all his chips onto green in the hope of DOE funding as red (nachu) or black (aam) is going nowhere. Get funding get publicity and then get out. I think that’s Franks game plan.
