Here is a list of directors from the last AGM. I'm not sure who is up for re-election though.
The red X means they're gone already.
The red magnifying glass means they were an established AMI board member when the company decided (in Nov 2020) buying Dargues for $200mil ($176m in cash) was a good idea. And both those directors listed probably hold less shares than most people on this forum.
Note there have been a couple of additions to the board aswell recently.... so the table will be pretty crowded at the next meeting.
