I think it's debatable that Botanix should be blamed for the US stuffing up the acne results. In Australia our labs did the results in the one place, but that couldn't be done in the US, so they had to divi it up, between different laboratories, which according to Botanix, is why the results came back different.
Is that Botanix fault, well they didn't have a choice from memory.
