Plenty of daypunters - traders play it crazy I'll. Some and I will confess to following the big end. Many ways - for me 75% long and 25% trading. Say 200k buy at avg 34c on recent reo hohaa then sell at 30-32.5c. Just made or increased holdings 5-6% less a few trading fees and taxes. No issues with 1year tax discount as when the brakes are released here I'll convert them back to long hold and sit for a few years until commissioning or well beyond pending reo pricing other company progression. Yes I'm retired and have time to do it.
Other trades were much more easier and profitable on ECE exit - low PrNd pricing etc - company changes in financing direction. Look at short position and track that with correlation to announcements.
I used to get annoyed with single digit trades and games - the 0.25c pips but for the big end volumes it's a lot of money.

As we see now there is no let up in shorting volumes as Birch and sorry forgot his/her name. But I'm done for now as something big could drop anyday and if not quarterly will advise our situation - if not positive in quarterly then shorts will rip it again.
