I know I am repeating previous advice but perhaps people don't appreciate their shareholder power.
I'll say it again. @Wilba32, I suggest you send your request to the general MSB email address with the heading "Please pass this shareholder's request directly to the Chairman" And preface your enquiry with a brief indication of your shareholding vs the holdings of several limply supportive directors.
I dare any MSB minor functionary to stand between a shareholder and the Chairman
