Going concern - AGM

I'd like POS to have a ganntt chart or some other management timeline of future works for the next AGM.

I'd also like the Board of POS to articulate and discuss the auditors opinion on the latest annual accounts of a going concern, given the recent delays, particularly if POS has not successfully achieved a feasible capital raising by that time.

i'd like the Board of POS to articulate possible measures to provide cashflow in the immediate, short and long term. Some of these may involve capital raising and/or full takeover or substantial equity ownership and/or debt.
