If EDE runs out of cash, then its the creditors who lose.
The only realisable assets EDE has are the properties.
If the proceeds of sale don't cover the liabilities, then EDE is stuffed.
And the lenders are stuffed.
You can imply all sorts of things against the directors, but I make no such imputations.
As I said above, it is cold hard cash that the directors are injecting into EDE. Full stop.
How much have you got invested in EDE?
