Where have these results come from? Both peak plasma and peak urine concentrations are multiples lower than previously reported. Plus there is a result for 3,000mg which wasn't one of the cohorts. Was that a sample taken halfway through a 6,000mg infusion?
Also peak plasma concentrations look like they would be completely useless for treating bacteraemia/sepsis. Peak urine concentrations previously reported looked like 327 would cover most ESKAPE pathogens causing UTI. Now looks like it may only be adequate for 1-2 of them.
