Really did he say that or did you interpret it that way?
I don't speak and understand English as well as you do as a native speaker, but I understood it as follows
I'm not sure what JP communicated last in the interview121 Mining Investment TV on HMW Phase 1:

"We are in discussions with third parties about potential binding offtakes that could bring full funding to Phase 1..."
"...We believe that Galan is able to get the financing for the rest of the year, I would believe that we would like to have a binding agreement before the end of the year that could help us fund the rest of Phase 1...."

Later in the interview

• ("...we are very confident...") full approvals DFS 1 this quarter.
• ("...we are looking for a....") binding acceptance with prepayment
• ("...our view is that we can get an...") binding acceptance agreement(s) before the end of the year-
• September DFS Phase 2
• Q3/Q4 Start of construction DFS Phase 1 ("...as soon as we get the permits...").-
• Q4 submittal of permits for DFS Phase 2 initial approvals (...permitting should take about 12 months, hopefully less...)

@userxyz... At least now we understand why Galan is the ONLY one who doesn't have an acceptance contract ...

I recently posted that the producer Argosy does not currently have an off-take contract either.This seems to have escaped you?

I have a big request for you, because you obviously have very valuable information:Can you please list the explorers & developers with projects in northern Argentina, all of whom have already signed offtake agreements?
That would certainly be a valuable reference for all of us here.
