What gives the impression that an announcement is coming soon? I was a holder of NWE from mid last year and we were expecting an announcement towards the end of the year at the latest.
It just seems to be dragging on. I haven't done much research since NWE announced that they had 'multiple offers on the table' as i sold out in the mid 4c range. I want to get back in but have my $$ tied up in another stock right now. These are great levels to buy at still but just wanted to know why some posters here are expecting an announcement re the JV soon?
