Someone bought at $2.46 but that didn't mean you should sell your house and buy at $2.46 and now someone is selling at $1.60 but that doesn't mean you have to sell.
Chartists may say it's heading lower but charts and FA should be balanced and from an FA perspective HDR are massively discounted which sways the likely next move in the UP direction.
