I understand it be frustrating believe me I have been on the brunt of it many a time, however it is important to have both sides of a story so that buyers / sellers can try and sort out the realities vs fictions, and doing the job ASIC should be doing however they are a nothing regulator that chooses to only chase the little fella rather than the corporates, and why is that? because they make money from the corporates, therefore it is in their best interest to protect them.
I hope something good comes of MNS but they have a big job to turn the tide now, so much has come unstuck so quickly.
