re: msi-prominent hill similarity reason why easy I'm not one who sees a capital raising at 22 cents worth any more than 22 cents, why else would the directors try to get 22 cents now if it was going to be $2.20 soon? Perhaps they don't know and want the higher price of 22 cents locked in just in case.
