Hmm, seems to me like old Drona has led yet another investor up the garden path (CZD). Still, it's a pretty good investement for CZD at this stage but I suspect not the outcome they were looking for.

If I was the current BOD, I'd be wary of giving CZD a seat on the board. I don't know what their relationship is like, but the last thing AVX needs is (another) divided board, just as they settle on a fresh, united BOD. We've all seen what happens there (despite what you say Jev, I really can't see the ATC decision as being unanimous as Drona says). I don't know if Chick etc resigned at the board meeting and thus it makes the decision unanimous?? Anyway, I guess this will all become clear soon.
